Front Desk Staff Person(Nguyen) was excellent....set the tone for our stay at Capri....interacted with visitors, gave directions.....she made the short stay enjoyable.Noise levels were non-existent. Nice Pond in the back window.
Completely met our requirements
Great price for a clean, renovated room.
The owners were very pleaseant and helpful, Mary could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable as it was I would definetly reccommend this hotel.
Very nice staff at front desk, clean room and easy access to highway to get to Niagra Falls and surrounding area. We ended up with an upgrade to a double room w pull-out sofa - nice large room!!
They use natural products for cleaning so the room smelled fresh, not like chemicals. The motel was exceptionally clean which included the swept parking lot! Despite being beside the highway, the room was very quiet which had a lot to do with the cement block walls. Sounds ugly but actually the paint effect made the block look like elegant tile. There was an in room fridge and they gave me access to a scrupulously clean microwave. I had a view out my window of the river in the back yard. Nice! I would definately stay again.
The proprietor is friendly and has gotten to know me.
Clean and close proximity to Niagara on the lake.
The large rooms, cleanliness, staff, location. No hallways, elevators, your car is right outside your room.
The close proximity to our relatives plus shopping centres all close by. The staff, from the owners to all others made it seem important that our stay was the best possible from every aspect.
No surprises. Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff, value priced
Coffee flavour not so good but hey....most hotels charge extra for coffee now. Continental breakfast was very limited....muffins and juice.
clean quiet comfy price
the bed was to high for my 90 yr old mom need a foot stool to get in bed and a higher toilet seat for the aged, maybe a hanicap room would have been more comfort for her,
Room was big & comfortable. Were upgraded to 2 queen beds with a river view although only booked for 1 queen bed. Front office staff was courteous & helpful. Lots of brochures for attractions & maps. Nice to have a flat screen tv with a great picture. Was easy to find, right off the highway so getting to where we wanted to go & back was quick & easy. If you have kids in tow McDonalds is just 2 doors down.
I am a caa member & although they had prominent signs for such they would not give a further discount for being a member (I asked) which most caa approved hotels/motels offer. I booked there because they were caa approved. Not getting a further discount was not going to make or break us but there is a reason people join these associations.
Owners very friendly. Suggested a good bike route.
Beds a little hard but normal for most hotels
I especially love the owners who care so much about their property. also love the rooms because they have been given a "homey" feel.
We had a very pleasant stay at Capri Inn. Our room was very clean. The hotel is very close to QEW but not noisy at all. Moreover, even if breakfast is not included in the room rate, the hotel offers some fruit juice and pastries every morning from 7am to 10am in the Refreshments room. Great! I strongly recommend it for visiting Niagara region.
